Sandals Resorts, the Luxury Included® Vacation for two people in love, salutes U.S. service members this Memorial Day weekend during Boots on the Beach Vacation, an all-star country music celebration to benefit the Boot Campaign. Promoting patriotism for America and the military community, the Boot Campaign aims to raise awareness of the unique challenges service members and their families face during and post-service and provide necessary assistance.

Hosted by Country Music Television’s Hot 20 Countdown Katie Cook and featuring platinum selling artists Chris Young, Jerrod Niemann and Tyler Farr along with appearances by Boot Campaign COO, Staff Sergeant (Ret.) Joey Jones and Boot Campaign Ambassador and widow of American Sniper Chris Kyle, Taya Kyle, Boots on the Beach Vacation will take place May 22-26, 2015 at the all new Sandals Ochi Beach Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
Six deserving military couples are receiving a surprise trip to attend Boots on the Beach Vacation courtesy of the Boot Campaign and the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation.
“It is our profound pleasure and privilege to celebrate and support U.S. service members and their families. These people have given so much. It's an honor to do something special for them,” said Gordon “Butch” Stewart, Chairman of Sandals Resorts International, parent company of Sandals Resorts.

“The Jamaica Tourist Board is pleased to join forces with Sandals Resorts for this worthwhile initiative,” noted Paul Pennicook, Jamaica’s Director of Tourism. “We are thrilled that Sony Music Nashville has chosen Jamaica this year for its all-star music showcase to benefit The Boot Campaign. We hope this exciting weekend event will demonstrate to attendees why Jamaica is the Home of All Right.”

Sandals Resorts has a long tradition of honoring those in service, a commitment begun by Stewart following the Gulf War when Sandals donated vacations worth $1 million to returning troops and then again with Operation Relax, which doubled the offer to troops returning from Iraq.  Today, Sandal Resorts offers a 10% savings to all active, reserve or retired members of all branches of the U.S.  Military and their spouses.  This offer is also available to active duty firefighters and police officers.
Weekend highlights include acoustic jam sessions with upcoming artists Cam, Logan Mize and Josh Dorr, a silent auction to benefit the Boot Campaign and a pool party with American Idol finalist, Casey James, where a Guinness World Record attempt will be made of the most people doing pushups at one time to bring awareness to Boot Campaign's Pushups for Charity international fundraising initiative.
