Why you need a Wedding Planner
Multi-tasking - One person cannot be in two (or more) places at the
same time. Most professional planners
have assistants. The team relieves your
stress and handles all those little things that come up. You and your family
deserve to enjoy the day and NOT WORK.
Vender recommendations - Professional planners will have contact with most
vendors in the area and can recommend the best fit for you.Time-savers - A wedding planner may save you lots of time researching, comparing quality & prices, contacting vendors and setting appointments.
Contracts - Don’t sign anything until your planner looks it over, they are used to them and can make sure it is what you want with no loopholes.
Budget - Even if you have developed your own budget, a planner can tell you where to look for what you need. A good planner’s contact list is worth its weight in gold. Most of the time, they already know the average cost of things and can point you in the right direction.
Creativity & Ideas - Planners have experience is making dreams come true and working with different elements to bring your vision to reality.
Etiquette - Planners have answers to your difficult questions and know how to handle sticky situations.
Experience - Most planners have lots of experience in planning and creating all types of weddings and events, while most brides have not.
The Big Day - Timelines, details, coordinating, set up, clean up; let your planner handle it, not YOU.

We require a signed Charge Card Authorization Form on file for all events. (For any late rentals, charges incurred the day of the event, or for any damages.) Final payment, in full, is due 30 days before the event. If payment is not received within 10 days of any due date, contract will be considered null and void. No refunds will be given.

Free Room Block Service

Promised Hearts Sparkler Information
Many weddings these days use
sparklers as a sendoff or “the leave” for the bride and groom instead of
the traditional rice or birdseed. Sparklers make a very memorable moment
as well as help create a great photo opportunity. At the same time, safely
must be a priority. Therefore Promised Hearts has designed a Sparkler Policy
to fit our needs and protect our clients.
Sparkers are considered as novelties by the federal government and are
not defined as consumer fireworks, but it is a good idea to check with local
ordinance. Sparklers, when used as intended, are extremely safe. Promised Hearts has sole discretion in
determining if conditions are acceptable for use of sparklers. Both
Promised Hearts and the clients sign our policy and we each keep a copy.
Above all, we want the couple and their guests to have a wonderful, safe,
time. Let us know if you plan to use
sparkers and we will give you our complete Sparkler Policy.
We offer invitations and lots of unique items on our Website under Resources page (www.promisedhearts.com). We have lots of rental items; colonnades, arbors, a Candy Cart, and Chocolate Fountains with colored chocolate. We also have a large selection of rental centerpieces including shell shaped glassware. Follow us on Pinterest.
Most weddings take 175-225 hours to plan, including research, vendor contacts, meetings, phone calls, emails, etc. Pricing depends on exact needs, wedding size, location of wedding & reception, possibly travel, and the amount of time needed to plan. In the event of bad weather, PH, along with the venue, will make determinations that are in the best interest of all parties involved.

Contact us today for your wedding or event needs! We service all of Eastern North Carolina. We have a wonderful team; Promised Hearts has sole discretion in determining which member or members will be at your wedding.
